FAST TRACK

The first step in training with CrossFit Chicago Endurance is to participate in the Fast Track program. This series of four classes is geared towards anyone who:
  • Desires to increase their running and/or rowing efficiency;
  • Wants to avoid running injuries;
  • Is curious about CrossFit Endurance and what it is all about
  • Is preparing to compete in an endurance event or has a goal to do one in the future.

We will be covering a wide range of topics, including running efficiency (emphasis on the POSE method), endurance nutrition, shoe selection, designing a training program using CrossFit Endurance, stretching and warm-up techniques along with injury prevention. We will also be doing personal video running analysis of your gait during the series. At the completion of the program, you will see an improvement in your running and rowing efficiency, which will allow you to go faster and further in whatever you are training for.

Again, in order to train with the regular CFCE group you must take this introductory class. This will bring new CrossFit Endurance athletes up to speed and allow regular CFCE classes to operate at a high level.

The class will meet on designated Tuesdays and Thursdays at CrossFit Chicago. Attendance is mandatory so if you absolutely cannot make a class it is your responsibility to schedule a time with either Erin or Mike to review the information.
